At Q Smart, we’re helping installers and homeowners transition to low-carbon heating through smart design and government-backed schemes like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We’re growing fast and looking for a customer-focused Project Coordinator with experience in retrofit or renewables to join our friendly and supportive Renewables Design team.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinating renewable heating and retrofit projects from application through to installation
- Collating thorough and accurate documentation to submit projects for approval
- Managing customer communications, keeping installers and homeowners informed throughout their journey
- Assisting with BUS grant applications and compliance paperwork
- Liaising with installers, homeowners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Keeping systems updated and projects running on time
Experience
- Experience in retrofit, construction, energy, or renewables (domestic projects ideal)
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- A genuinely customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude
