An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a successful and growing independent estate agency in Romford, specialising in high-end residential property. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Estate Agency Administrator, Property Administrator, or Sales Progressor looking to develop their career within a busy and professional residential sales environment. Working closely with an experienced Sales Manager and successful sales team, you will play a vital role in supporting property sales from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing all administrative aspects of the residential sales process
- Preparing property details, sales particulars, brochures, and marketing materials
- Uploading and maintaining property listings across major property portals and company websites
- Registering buyers and maintaining accurate applicant records
- Handling incoming telephone and email enquiries from buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Coordinating appointments, property viewings, and diary management for negotiators
- Producing sales memorandums and supporting sales progression activities
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, buyers, and vendors to ensure smooth transactions
- Monitoring sales progression and providing regular updates to all parties
- Ensuring compliance documentation and property records are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the Sales Manager and wider team with day-to-day administration
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the property sales journey
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Estate Agency Administrator, Property Administrator, Sales Progressor, or similar role
- Estate agency or property sector experience preferred
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
