We are recruiting for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join our client’s busy and growing residential lettings team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and the lettings team to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant with UK property legislation.
- Manage day-to-day property maintenance and repair issues across a residential portfolio
- Arrange and conduct property inspections, tenant check-ins, and check-outs
- Coordinate gas safety certificates, electrical inspections, EPCs, and compliance documentation
- Organise and manage cleaning, maintenance, and external contractors
- Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation, including health and safety regulations
- Handle landlord licensing applications and legal notices, including eviction paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and update the property management system with repairs, notes, and communications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Strong understanding of current UK lettings legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act 2025
Proficient IT skills and experience using property management software
Competitive salary of £37,500 per annum
