We are recruiting an experienced Estate Agent to join a fast-growing investment and lettings agency in South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional with experience in estate agency sales, lettings, or valuations. This role is ideal for a confident negotiator who can identify private landlords, secure new instructions, and build long-term relationships with investors, developers, and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property valuations to secure new instructions (training available).
  • Generate new business opportunities through estate agency lead generation and landlord acquisition.
  • Identify and approach private landlords looking to sell or restructure property portfolios.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and property developers.
  • Attend property networking events, auctions, and industry meetings to generate leads.
  • Negotiate offers and manage sales and lettings transactions through to completion.
  • Support growth of the branch and contribute to overall estate agency business development strategy.
  • Assist in mentoring junior estate agency staff where required.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Confident in business development and networking within the property industry.
  • Ability to build rapport with landlords and property investors.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (company car provided after probation).
