The Role
As an Investment Sales Representative, you'll work with active property investors, presenting exclusive investment opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You'll receive warm inbound enquiries while also developing your own pipeline through proactive business development. Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with property investors via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and video calls.
- Present and sell high-yield property investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective investors.
- Keep CRM records up to date and accurately track sales activity.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs including calls, appointments, offers, and completed sales.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- 12 + months of proven sales experience (property, investment, financial services, estate agency, automotive or recruitment all welcomed).
- A confident and professional telephone manner with excellent negotiation skills.
- A strong desire to exceed targets and maximise your earnings.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships.
- A proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
- Understanding of property investment terminology such as ROI, rental yield, and investment returns (preferred but not essential).
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipeline.
