The Opportunity

Based in Billingham, this is primarily an office-based Property Manager role where you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensuring all properties remain fully compliant throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress tenant applications from offer through to move-in
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and associated legal documentation
  • Manage tenancy renewals and negotiations
  • Coordinate compliance and safety certification renewals including Gas Safety, EICR and EPCs
  • Handle maintenance issues efficiently from initial report to resolution
  • Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Ensure all lettings compliance and documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months’ experience within lettings or property management
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation is beneficial, but training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

  • £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary depending on experience
  • Commission on lettings fees
  • OTE £28,000 - £30,000 pa
