Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Acquisition Manager to help us grow and acquire new sites. In this role you will take control of the full acquisition process, from site identification through to completion – working across the UK and Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of commercial property acquisition experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by delivering results and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source on-market and off-market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, developers, and key market players
- Assess and shortlist sites based on operational and commercial viability
- Lead end-to-end negotiations on lease agreements and acquisitions
- Work with legal teams to manage due diligence and contract execution
- Secure favourable commercial terms that support long-term business sustainability
- Prepare and present Investment Committee proposals for approval
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely progress from identification to deal closure
