This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled Enterprise Sales professional to join at a pivotal stage of growth – with autonomy, impact, and career-defining deals on the table. This isn’t your average enterprise sales role. There are no legacy accounts to coast on, no layers of corporate approvals to slow you down, and no room for politics. You’ll be building from the ground up – defining strategy, targeting enterprise clients, and closing multi-million euro deals across Europe, North America, and beyond. They’re looking for a strategic and hands-on sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Owning the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close – with full accountability for revenue targets. Identifying, engaging, and converting high-value enterprise clients in sectors such as marketplaces, e-commerce, payroll, and pensions. Building C-level relationships and negotiating complex, seven-figure, multi-year contracts. Leveraging your own network to unlock opportunities and accelerate growth. Attending industry events to represent the company and build brand visibility. A true hunter – with 10+ years of new business acquisition experience in FinTech, particularly across collections, FX, and payouts. A proven closer – with a strong track record of managing long sales cycles and landing seven-figure enterprise deals.
