Job Description
A dynamic international paymets Fintech is adding a Product Manager to the team as part of its growth and expansion plan. The dynamic, tech lead business serves clients across europe and boasts household names as clients and partners.
The Product Owner will be primarily responsible for understanding customer needs, defining and prioritizing work with the software team, and ensuring the delivery of high-value product features. The role involves a strong focus on customer and market understanding, creating business value, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and road-map based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with significant customer and business value aligned with product strategy.
- Accurately document customer needs and problems, and validate your views with business stakeholders to inform the product backlog.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product, ensuring a balance of customer and business value and that reflects business priorities.
- Collaborate with technology and other business areas to understand delivery options and constraints
- Lead the planning and delivery of Sprints, ensuring effective communication and time estimations…. Managing any impediments that may arise
- Delivering “right-first-time” releases into live – on time.
- Lead retrospectives to enable continuous improvement and monitoring value delivered to customers and business post releasing sprints
Requirements:
A minimum of two years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Exceptional communication and desire to build strong relationships in the business
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating business value.
