The mission

Build and scale the platform that helps financial institutions participate in the digital economy and move money internationally.

Work alongside the other C Level executives and support the CEO in growing the business across EMEA and North America.

Expand the product / technology offering with a focus on digital assets.

What you will do

• Own engineering strategy and delivery across all areas of the group
• Define the technology strategy
• Lead engineering teams to build and scale secure payment solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Mange technology budgets
• Manage relationships with technology vendors
• Manage and grow high functioning teams

Essential skills

• A track record leading engineering in payments / fintech / digital assets / crypto.
• Experience working in scaling, ambitious FinTech’s having worked with founders to build disruptive technology.
• Proven ability to hire and develop high functioning teams.
• Clear comfort in working at board level, being a core part of setting strategy and facing off against investors.
• Excellent communication skills and a high EQ.
