Our industry-leading solutions are transforming energy companies across the entire value chain, helping visionary leaders evolve their organizations into modern energy companies.
Quorum’s Energy Components (EC) is the world’s leading hydrocarbon Management (HCM) software suite for production management in oil and gas. In close cooperation with our customers, we have developed a unique portfolio of integrated IT solutions that supports the whole supply chain for upstream companies within production, transport, sale and revenue.
We are looking for a full-time Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our Products team. This role will primarily focus on the LNG import and export terminal operator domain but also cover other parts of the midstream oil and gas business such as gathering systems, processing plants and transportation. The role will report to the Group Product Manager for our Energy Components solutions, which serve the global oil and gas market.
At Quorum Software, our Product Managers lead the charge in innovating and executing new products and features. We are looking for leaders who can dive into an industry, conduct research to gain key market insights, create use cases, and build consensus and business cases around product opportunities.
Our Product Managers work closely with all areas of the organization to drive vision and strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver products that meet both our customers’ needs and our internal business objectives. If you have a track record of advocating for customers, being passionate about building products, and successfully guiding new product ideas from concept to launch, we welcome you to apply!
The ideal candidate will bring experience from minimum two out of the following three domains: Product Management, the LNG industry and the Energy Components solution.

- Create and maintain product roadmaps, including ideas, features, and initiatives as they progress through approval and release.
- Remain current on software industry trends and best practices, and ensure that Quorum products align with these new developments.

- Create a culture of innovation based on product improvement and data-informed decision making, and set expectations for engineering teams to deliver value.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Owners to outline product release user stories and requirements. Partner with Marketing to develop the go-to-market strategy, and work with Sales channels to ensure they understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
- Evangelize vision for their product line both within the organization and externally to the industry; communicate clearly within the organization the market problems and user personas.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear communication throughout the release cycle.

- Understanding of various software applications and/or methodologies (Agile and Scrum).
