The Job - in brief
- New Business Generation: Prospecting new opportunities in the construction industry, driving new business income, following up all sales leads and maintaining sales momentum, taking responsibility for direct sales to clients throughout the sales process.
- Target Smashing: You will be responsible for your own targets, monthly & quarterly, giving you open-ended commission earning opportunity, self-motivating to meet and exceed targets and key KPIs.
- Building Relationships: Developing relationships to promote client loyalty and ensure repeat business, liaising regularly with clients to gather pipeline information, follow up on pricing and secure new deals.
