The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To provide professional surveying & project managed services in connection with domestic and commercial buildings for High Net Worth, Major Loss and other complex claims. The successful candidate will need to have a willingness to travel within the UK and flexibility in working arrangements to meet business requirements. The role will be home based, and the employee will be required to maintain a suitable home office environment. There will be a requirement to attend local company offices from time to time. A company car will be provided and full drivers licence is required.
Visiting damaged properties to assess technical and insurance aspects required to resolve insurance claims and to reinstate damaged buildings. Actively project manage, progress and control all cases. Liaise with clients, policyholders, local authorities, third parties, claims handlers. Ensure technical accuracy of the highest standard. Produce high quality personalised outgoing correspondence. Handle customers effectively and fairly in line with HNW insurers requirements. Build effective relationships with adjusters, clients and brokers. Produce reports, tender documents and contract administration of highest quality. Work within a team environment to achieve best results either on individual losses or group.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, e.g. Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar.
- Should be able to travel.
- Full drivers licence.
