Overview
As Modern Workplace Enablement Lead, you will drive the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform, turning digital workplace capabilities into real business value. You’ll collaborate across teams to boost productivity, streamline processes, and explore AI-powered opportunities. You’ll build internal capability, coach citizen developers, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned to business needs. This role blends technology with business insight to support sustainable performance and cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform across the business
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital innovation to improve productivity and growth
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to translate challenges into practical solutions
- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and automation solutions
- Enable and support citizen developers through coaching and reusable frameworks
- Review solution designs and supplier recommendations for scalability, security, and alignment to business needs
Key requirements
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and low-code tech
- Track record delivering AI, automation or digital workplace solutions with measurable value
- Experience leading technology adoption, enablement or change initiatives
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-focused solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Understanding of governance, security and compliance in modern tech environments
- Curiosity and initiative in emerging technologies and AI
