Job Purpose: The Graphic Designer sits in our Content team within the Marketing function and plays a key creative role in bringing brands to life through visually compelling design. This role will support the development of content across digital and print channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every visual asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a passion for consumer brands, a keen eye for detail and experience working in fast-paced environments like FMCG.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creative Design & Execution
    • Design engaging visual assets for digital platforms (social media, website, digital shelf, email, e-commerce) and offline materials (packaging, POS, print)
    • Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality visuals across all touchpoints
    • Support campaign development with creative concepts and design execution
    • Edit and produce short-form videos and motion content for social and digital use, ensuring high-quality storytelling and alignment with brand identity
  • Collaboration & Workflow
    • Work closely with content managers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive content
    • Collaborate with external agencies, photographers, and printers as needed
    • Act as studio manager, managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with internal and external resource
  • Brand Stewardship
    • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all formats
    • Ensure all designs align with brand tone, values, and strategic objectives
  • Innovation & Trends
    • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
    • Propose new creative formats and visual approaches to enhance consumer engagement

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print.
