About the Role:
We are working with a growing organisation in the technology and professional accreditation sector to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a key strategic role focused on driving marketing strategy, campaign delivery, and brand engagement across multiple regions. You’ll lead a small marketing team, manage campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact. This role blends strategic thinking, creative leadership, and operational oversight, making it ideal for someone with experience in multi-channel marketing and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s marketing and campaigns strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate integrated campaigns across digital, print, and events.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Contribute to launch plans for new products, services, and initiatives across regions.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.

- Act as the main point of contact for external agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
- Represent the organisation at relevant events and meetings where appropriate.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and emerging channels to continuously improve campaigns.
- Introduce new ideas, technologies, and creative approaches to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (essential).
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Proficiency with digital tools for project and campaign management (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Power BI).
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or professional services is desirable.
- Knowledge of global campaign delivery or international audiences is a plus.
