About the Role:
We are working with a growing organisation in the technology and professional accreditation sector to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a key strategic role focused on driving marketing strategy, campaign delivery, and brand engagement across multiple regions. You’ll lead a small marketing team, manage campaigns end-to-end, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the organisation’s marketing and campaigns strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (essential).
- Proven experience in multi-channel marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
- Proficiency with digital tools for project and campaign management (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Power BI).
- Experience in technology, cybersecurity, or professional services is desirable.
