Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving both new business and account development strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving both new business growth and maximising existing accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training to exceed targets.
• Work closely with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy and business direction.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
• Strong track record in business development and account management, with a focus on commercial growth.
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role.
