Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: South East England (Field-Based with Travel)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales function, driving both new business and account development strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving both new business growth and maximising existing accounts.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring they have the tools and training to exceed targets.
- Work closely with senior leadership to influence commercial strategy and business direction.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Strong track record in business development and account management, with a focus on commercial growth.
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as part of the role.
