- Prepare for and manage audit processes, ensuring operational readiness and compliance.
- Work closely with operations to ensure the accurate supply of cut materials to customer specifications.
- Oversee and maintain control over raw material stock, subcontracted performance, and in-house storing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure technical product specifications are consistently met.
- Support the development of quality-focused best practices, with a view to transition into a broader operations management role.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in quality management, with experience managing internal quality systems.
- Familiarity with AS9120 and AS9100 aerospace standards and their audit requirements.
- Experience working with technical specifications of products, ideally in metals, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes across stock control, subcontracted work, and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a process improvement mindset.
- Experience in a small business or SME environment would be advantageous.

- A key role in a PE-backed business with strong growth potential.
- A pathway into operations leadership for someone eager to step up.
- A collaborative team culture with autonomy and responsibility.
- Competitive salary and a business poised for investment and transformation.
