We’re recruiting for a Commercial Project Manager to join a growing engineering business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion. Following the award of a significant project, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in both securing new work and delivering projects commercially from inception through to completion.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining business development and project delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full lifecycle of a project. You’ll take ownership of commercial performance while supporting growth across the UK, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support the identification and development of new project opportunities across the UK
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to bid preparation, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Commercial Project Delivery
- Take commercial ownership of projects following award
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and overall profitability
- Lead on variations, change orders, and commercial discussions
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure project performance is delivered
