About the Role: We’re recruiting for a field-based Business Development Manager to lead end-user growth for a specialist product range within the concrete interiors sector. This newly created role focuses on generating contractor demand and driving bottom-up brand adoption across key interior markets. The role suits a commercially minded individual with a strategic, proactive approach to new business development. You’ll be the face of the brand to large contractors and end users, with full ownership over your territory and lead generation tactics, from site visits and events to digital campaigns and channel collaboration. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, building a sustainable pipeline, uncovering new opportunities, and supporting existing contractor relationships to deliver sales growth and elevate the brand’s position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust sales funnel through direct engagement with contractors and end users.
- Generate bottom-up demand for specialist products across the interiors market.
- Identify new project opportunities and influence specification at contractor level.
- Act as a brand ambassador across both end user and channel partner networks.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B field sales or end-user business development, ideally in construction, interiors or concrete-related sectors.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills with a confident, engaging style.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
- Skilled at uncovering new opportunities and managing long-term sales pipelines.
- Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and MS Office.
- Highly motivated, solutions-focused and commercially astute.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the UK as required.
