About the Role: We're recruiting for a Social Media Content Lead to take full creative ownership of multiple fastâgrowing consumer brands and their social presence. This is a handsâon, senior creative role focused on shaping how brands look, sound, and tell their stories across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll be responsible for leading the creative direction, content strategy, and daily output across social channels â producing engaging, highâquality video and photography that builds audiences, strengthens brand identity, and drives measurable engagement. This is not a strategyâonly or managementâonly position. It's ideal for a strong creator who loves being behind the camera, filming, editing, shooting photography, and turning everyday moments into compelling social content. You'll work across a portfolio of exciting brands spanning food, entertainment, and lifestyle, with the autonomy to decide what content gets made and how each brand shows up day to day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction & Storytelling
- Own the creative direction and editorial output of all social channels
- Define each brand's tone of voice, visual style, and storytelling approach
- Develop repeatable content formats and series rather than oneâoff posts
- Set and maintain high creative standards for quality and consistency
- Content Creation
- Plan, film, edit, and publish shortâform video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture highâquality product, lifestyle, and behindâtheâscenes photography
- Create visually engaging static posts and carousel content
- Turn dayâtoâday brand activity into engaging socialâfirst storytelling
- Brand & Performance Optimisation
- Tailor content to different audiences, brands, and objectives
- Review performance insights and refine content formats accordingly
- Stay ahead of trends and apply them creatively and selectively
- Paid Social Support
- Produce adâready creative assets from briefs
- Create multiple variations of hooks, edits, and captions to support testing
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Lead to maximise performance
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience creating content for brand accounts (not just personal or influencer profiles)
- Proven ability to shape and grow a brand's social presence
- Confident planning, shooting, and editing both video and photography
- Extensive experience producing shortâform video content
- Skilled with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom or similar
- Strong visual taste and creative judgement
- Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Selfâsufficient and organised, able to manage your own content pipeline
- Proactive, creative thinker with a strong eye for what performs well on social
