Strategy Manager / Senior Manager in Dartford, Kent

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits Working closely with stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and North America, you’ll play a key role in developing supplier partnerships, supporting sourcing strategy, and delivering commercial value across a range of manufacturing categories. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and driving continuous improvement within a complex manufacturing environment. Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, service, and supply chain performance * Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and performance management processes * Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operational teams * Analyse sourcing data and supplier performance metrics to support decision-making * Experience supporting supplier onboarding and supplier performance activities * Excellent organisational and project management capabilities * Experience within aerospace, industrial manufacturing, engineered products, or other technical manufacturing sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.
