This role sits within the Customer Service Team and plays a key part in delivering an efficient, accurate and supportive service to a wide range of customers across logistics, retail, transport and production. As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, updating customer accounts and ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and provide a seamless customer experience.
