Location: Solent or Northampton (Office-Based During Probation | Agile Working Available Following Successful Completion of Probation)

About the Role: We’re recruiting for a Conveyancing Manager to join a leading UK law firm's residential conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to take ownership of a varied caseload while supporting the wider team to deliver an exceptional client experience. You'll oversee residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standard. Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll provide guidance and support to paralegals and junior colleagues, helping to maintain quality, consistency and continuous improvement across the team. This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing Manager, Senior Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Handle freehold, leasehold, new build and unregistered sale and purchase transactions
  • Review and report on title, identifying and escalating technical or risk issues where appropriate
  • Manage complex title matters including easements, covenants, restrictions and title defects
  • Deliver high-quality legal advice while ensuring transactions progress efficiently
