The Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & CRM Executive to help bring the brand to life across social media, content and CRM.
This is a hands-on role covering social media, short-form video and email marketing , making it ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to build strong, visible experience across multiple channels.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll create engaging content for social, web and email, manage the day-to-day social presence and support CRM campaigns that keep customers engaged throughout their journey.
We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, full of ideas and comfortable both in front of and behind the camera , with a genuine interest in travel, attractions, social media and connecting with audiences online.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Plan, film and edit engaging short-form video content across Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts and other platforms.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community management across social channels.
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely and on-brand way.
- Stay up to date with social trends, formats and platform changes.
- Support influencer and partner content collaborations where relevant.
- CRM & Email Marketing
- Create and schedule engaging email content, including newsletters, promotions and customer journeys.
- Support CRM campaigns around key promotions and seasonal activity.
- Assist with segmentation and personalisation to ensure messaging is relevant to different customer groups.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates and engagement, using insights to improve future campaigns.
- Brand & Content Support
- Create content assets for web, social and email while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Capture photo and video content at destinations, events and in-office activities.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to align content with campaign priorities.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify new ideas and opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a social media, content or CRM/email marketing role.
- Strong eye for engaging content and confidence filming and editing short-form video using tools such as Cap Cut, Premiere Rush or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different channels.
- Some experience with email marketing or CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and content pieces simultaneously.
- A genuine interest in social media trends, travel, attractions or the leisure sector would be advantageous.
