We are supporting a leading professional services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational stability, optimisation, and ongoing evolution of a complex SAP S/4HANA environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day SAP service delivery, managing incident and change demand, overseeing enhancements, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives including readiness for SAP RISE. You will lead a team of SAP analysts and developers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SAP specialists across BAU and project delivery
- Allocate resources across support, enhancements, audits, and transformation workstreams
- Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA service availability, performance, and stability
- Oversee month-end, year-end, and critical business cycle support activities
- Manage vendor relationships including AMS, hosting providers, and auditors
- Ensure robust technical documentation across system landscapes and integrations
- Prioritise configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, and transport management
- Govern change and release processes in line with CAB procedures
- Support system health management including upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, MM, Integration, and Basis areas
Candidate Profile

- Proven experience managing SAP teams in enterprise environments
- Strong operational understanding of SAP S/4HANA (on‑prem)
- Experience across FICO and HCM modules
