About the Role

We’re recruiting for a Product Marketing Manager to act as the key bridge between Product, Marketing, and a highly technical customer base within the cyber security space. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on driving product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing product performance. You’ll play a central role in ensuring products resonate with both technical and commercial audiences, using market insight, data, and collaboration to improve adoption and engagement. This role is ideal for a commercially minded product marketer who enjoys working closely with technical teams and translating complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to product roadmap development aligned with wider business strategy
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Support product development through requirements validation, testing, and launch planning
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimisation
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and decision-making
  • Act as the key link between Product and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment
  • Develop messaging frameworks, audience insights, and campaign direction
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, benefit-led messaging
  • Support product launches and ongoing campaign activity
  • Engage with partners, stakeholders, and user communities to gather feedback
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and events to support engagement and product improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, ideally within cyber security, technology, or education-led products
  • Strong experience delivering go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Marketing
  • Experience translating technical products into clear, commercial messaging
  • Confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with market research and competitor analysis
  • Ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of product lifecycle and development processes
  • Exposure to AI or emerging technologies (desirable)
