We are supporting a leading professional services organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, seeking an experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational stability, optimisation, and ongoing evolution of a complex SAP S/4HANA environment.
This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality day-to-day SAP service delivery, managing incident and change demand, overseeing enhancements, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives, including readiness for SAP RISE.
You will lead a team of SAP analysts and developers, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the SAP estate.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and manage a team of SAP specialists across BAU support and project delivery.
- Allocate resources across support activities, enhancements, audits, and transformation workstreams.
- Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA service availability, performance, and operational stability.
- Oversee month-end, year-end, and other critical business cycle support activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors including AMS providers, hosting partners, and auditors.
- Ensure robust technical documentation across SAP landscapes, integrations, and support processes.
- Prioritise and govern configuration changes, enhancements, fixes, and transport management.
- Manage change and release processes in line with CAB governance procedures.
- Support system health management, including upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and optimisation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Materials Management, Integration, and Basis teams.
