We’re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking professional services organisation. This role supports strategic growth across key sectors including Energy & Infrastructure and/or Mobility, Logistics & Manufacturing.

Sitting within a collaborative Business Development and Marketing function, you’ll play a key role in driving client growth, strengthening relationships, and delivering insight-led campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape sector strategy, identify opportunities, and support long-term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver growth opportunities across target sectors.
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing plans aligned to sector strategies.

  • Lead targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and sector‑focused content initiatives.
  • Support bids and new business opportunities, including preparation of proposals and credentials.
  • Develop relationships with external networks, industry bodies, and referral partners.
