We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Business Development & Webinar Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an office-based position focused on building relationships with recruitment agencies and encouraging them to attend our industry webinars and events. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales, business development, recruitment support, or marketing. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify recruitment agencies across the UK.
  • Build and maintain a database of recruitment agency contacts.
  • Make outbound telephone calls to recruitment agencies to introduce our services and upcoming webinars.
  • Send follow-up emails and webinar invitations.
  • Confirm webinar attendance and maintain attendance records.
  • Update CRM and database systems accurately.
  • Record call outcomes and maintain detailed notes.
  • Work with the marketing team to support webinar campaigns.
  • Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assist with general administrative duties related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Meet weekly targets for calls made, contacts created, and webinar registrations.

Skills & Experience

  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
