Tasks

  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations for customers and saving all quotation documents to the appropriate customer folder within the cloud-based IMS.
  • Presenting prepared quotations professionally and ensuring all written communication is recorded and maintained accurately within the relevant customer folder on the IMS.
  • Logging and tracking quotations using G Track software and carrying out follow-up courtesy calls to support the sales process and improve conversion opportunities.
  • Liaising closely with the sales team to monitor quotations through to conclusion and support a smooth and professional customer journey.
  • Working alongside the Sales Representative to follow up customer enquiries when required and provide responsive, high-quality service.
  • Developing knowledge of glass processing products, specifications, and customer requirements in order to produce accurate estimates and build confidence in the role.
  • Full training will be provided in all relevant software programmes, internal systems, and estimating procedures.
  • Reporting requirements and further details of the role will be discussed at interview.
