Fire Glass Ltd is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers, suppliers and glaziers of full-time fire and acoustic glass, and is looking to appoint a Partitioning Representative at their Branch in Midlands.

Your Tasks

  • Generate and qualify leads.
  • Source and develop customer referrals.
  • Support planning and direct marketing activities.
  • Negotiate with customers.
  • Monitor sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Participate in sales events.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
  • Maintain the quotation log thereby keeping it up to date and making sure that all new information and target dates successes and losses are recorded in the G Track Software.
  • Focus on the development of added value sales for all branches, including sales of Fire Rated and Non Fire Rated DGU, Integral Blinds, Partitioning Glazing, Processing, Toughened glass etc.

Your Profile

  • Demonstrate a broad knowledge of fire glass products, techniques, rules and regulations; use this knowledge to drive sales.
  • Able to identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and manage relationships with existing and new customers.
  • A sound knowledge of the principles and practices of sales, with an ability to open, negotiate and close a sale.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate sound I.T skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • An ability to analyse, record, and report data efficiently and accurately.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service/care.
  • A full and valid driving licence is essential.
