As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and evolve our end-to-end supply chain across purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier development. This is a key leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver our global supply chain strategy, with a particular focus on developing capability in India (including international travel). You’ll drive improvements across cost, quality, service and inventory, while strengthening systems and ERP/MRP integration. You’ll also lead and develop our Purchasing and Stores & Logistics teams, with full accountability for performance and delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering supply chain strategy and improvements
  • International supply chain expertise (India experience highly desirable)
  • Strong leadership and people management capability
  • Commercially astute with experience managing strategic budgets
  • CIPS/APICS/CSCP, regulated industry experience or Lean/CI (desirable)
