As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an internationally experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end‑to‑end supply chain across purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier development. This role is responsible for building global supply capability, with a strong focus on India, including international travel for project work. You will define and deliver the supply chain strategy, manage risk, and drive improvements in cost, service, quality, and inventory performance, while strengthening systems and ensuring effective ERP/MRP integration.
The position holds direct line management responsibility for the Purchasing Manager and Stores & Logistics Supervisor, along with their respective teams. You will bring senior supply chain leadership experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a proven ability to deliver strategy. International supply chain experience is essential (ideally including India), alongside strong leadership capability and a track record of improving cost and supplier performance. Commercial acumen and experience managing strategic budgets are key. Experience in regulated industries, along with CIPS, APICS, or CSCP qualifications, or Lean/Continuous Improvement expertise, would be advantageous.
This role offers a salary of £60,000–£65,000, plus participation in a management bonus scheme, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days’ holiday (with the option to purchase additional days), a health cash plan, 5% employer pension contribution, life assurance, an Employee Assistance Programme, and wider wellbeing initiatives.
