As the first and last point of contact, our Receptionist is the face of PYRO. You are the conductor of the dining room—managing the flow of the restaurant, welcoming guests to our garden bar, and ensuring every arrival feels like a homecoming. We need someone who can handle a fast-paced Borough service with grace, intelligence, and a genuine smile.

Hours: Full-time
Must-Have Requirements
- Exceptional Hospitality: A natural ability to deliver world‑class service standards with a "taverna-style" warmth that makes every guest feel at home.
- Organisational Brilliance: Proven experience managing reservations, floor plans, and guest flow in high-volume and premium venues.
- Commercial Mindset: Ability to maximise covers and manage the "books" to drive revenue while maintaining a seamless guest experience.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with industry-standard reservation systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, or ResDiary) and a sharp eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: A confident, professional phone manner and the ability to liaise effectively between the kitchen and the floor team.
- Leadership Potential: A proactive approach to "reshaping" the front-of-house arrival experience to ensure high performance during peak terrace hours.
Why Join PYRO?
- A Flagship Opening: Be a founding member of a high-profile team in the heart of Borough.
- Professional Growth: Work in a culture of excellence led by ex-HIDE talent.
