Baraki is the outdoor bar and terrace operation within Pyro, driving revenue and atmosphere across the site.
The Assistant Manager will own Baraki's day-to-day floor, deliver corporate events and ensure the space performs highly operationally and commercially.
They will work with the Pyro GM/AGM and Bar Manager and have clear ownership of Baraki as a standalone space within the wider site.
Leadership of FOH, events and seasonal transitions are key facets of the role.
