Role Overview
As a Head Waiter/Waitress at Pyro, you’ll be a key presence on the floor – approaching service with confidence, mentoring newer team members, and ensuring that every table receives warm, professional service. You’ll play a central role in shaping the rhythm and standard of each service.

- Lead your section with confidence, delivering warm and polished service.
