They are seeking a Quality Manager to take ownership of site-wide Quality and Food Safety Systems. Reporting directly to the VP of Quality, you will ensure GFSI-aligned certifications, ethical certifications and a high-performing team consistently deliver safe, compliant and high-quality products.

This is a hands-on, influential role, offering the chance to shape the site\’s quality culture, drive continuous improvement and make a visible impact across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, implement, and improve Quality & Food Safety Management Systems.
• Maintain GFSI and ethical certifications; lead HACCP, food defence, and food fraud programs.
• Manage audits, investigations, non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Oversee laboratory testing, data analysis, and inline monitoring to support operations and R&D.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and support new product development.
• Manage, develop and inspire the quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in a science-related field is preferred
• 5+ years\’ experience in quality management within food or beverage manufacturing.
• GFSI certifications (SQF, HACCP, PCQI, Lead Auditor); Food Defence/Fraud knowledge desirable.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and team development skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
