We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee our Norwich warehouse and support high-quality, fast-paced events and experiential projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role combining team leadership, operational oversight, and logistics planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations: goods in/out, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and consumables
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock tracking, and kit preparation for projects
- Plan and coordinate logistics for project deliveries, collections, and vehicle schedules
- Lead, develop, and schedule warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics planning
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and process-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in experiential, events, or project-based environments is a plus
- Forklift licence and IOSH qualification desirable
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to £35,000 per year
- 26 days annual leave
