We're looking for a Customer Services Team Leader to join a leading healthcare provider delivering NHS-funded services.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support and develop a multi-skilled team responsible for reception, telephone enquiries and referral management.
You'll lead by example, helping to ensure every patient receives a professional, friendly and efficient experience.
- Covering 2 sites – Normanton and Pontefract
- Monday – Friday 37.5 Hours ( With some flexibility )
- What You\'ll Do
- Lead, coach and support the Customer Services Team.
- Provide hands-on support with calls, reception and referrals when required.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve patient access and customer experience.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.
- Train, Develop and Coach new and existing staff
- Help create a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Help design training manuals and look at improvements to process
About You
You'll be an organised, approachable and confident leader with
- Previous experience leading a customer service team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to motivate others and manage competing priorities.
- You will need to be flexible and pro-active
Healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential.
