Pyramid8 is seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager/Neighbourhood Caseworker in Wakefield to investigate anti-social behaviour, nuisance complaints and tenancy breaches. This temporary role (10–12 weeks) requires you to have a vehicle with mileage claimed at 50p per mile and involves managing a caseload with home visits and interviews.
You will work with tenants, witnesses, and partner agencies to resolve cases, escalate breaches as needed, and prepare cases for legal proceedings.
