Our client is a well-established business that provide an engineer service to their clients, due to growth and further planned growth they require a scheduling team leader to join their team.

The role will be to lead the team of schedulers and implement better ways of working for the ultimate customer service whilst overseeing the function is cost effective working smarter with geographic locations and route planning, along with booking hotel accommodation. Some scheduling could be planned works 6 months in advance.

The role will also require the team leader to be involved in the scheduling at times, so it is essential that the successful candidate will come from a scheduling background with team leader or team manager experience who knows how to lead by example, motivate and have a positive can do attitude. Bonus structure for this role will be monthly and an annual bonus on top. THIS ROLE IS FULL TIME IN THE OFFICE MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
