We are looking for a proactive Sales Progression Manager to lead a successful team, drive performance, and help shape the future of a growing operation. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Progressors.
  • Managing complex and high-priority property transactions.
  • Monitoring team performance, pipeline activity and reporting accuracy.
  • Identifying process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Working closely with internal departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Supporting the development of key client and estate agent relationships.
  • Hybrid working 2-3 days from home, rest in Pontefract office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous leadership or management experience.
  • Estate agency, sales progression or property sector experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
