We are looking for an experienced and organised Property Sales Progressor to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years' experience in sales progression who enjoys managing property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. Working remotely or on a hybrid basis, you will play a vital role in ensuring property sales progress efficiently while providing exceptional service to buyers, sellers, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and surveyors.
- Monitor the progress of each transaction and proactively resolve issues that may delay completion.
- Provide regular updates to all parties throughout the sales process.
- Chase outstanding documentation and legal enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal databases.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while meeting agreed service levels and deadlines.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Property Sales Progressor.
- Strong knowledge of the residential property sales process.
