Job Description/Outline
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and adapt as necessary to meet changing requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a cross-functional team (Design, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) to achieve project goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations and keep all parties informed of progress and issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Implement effective cost control. Track all costs and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards through quality control processes and regular reviews.
- Client and Contractor Liaison: Respond to inquiries from Main Contractors, arrange site meetings, and process approvals. Liaise with client PMs and Main Contractors regarding requests or bespoke items.
- Site Management: Attend site meetings, surveys, and installation visits. Prepare risk and method assessments before work begins.
- Coordination: Coordinate with installation teams, contractors, and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of works.
- Sign-Off and Completion: Implement site sign-off procedures with customers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
