Our client specialises in the manufacture of bespoke touch screen kiosk solutions providing hardware and software solutions for both public and private sector companies. They have an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic Production Technicians to join their expanding team. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to begin or expand their career in electromechanical production and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit production technicians who will be involved in the manufacture of their complete product range of self-service electronic solutions. Based at the satellite production facility and reporting to the Production Manager, you will work closely with the production and engineering team to assist with the assembly and testing of a range of kiosk solutions and help the team to achieve agreed targets. This exciting position carries the potential for dynamic and capable people to progress within the business.
Technician Duties:
- Assembling self-service touch screen kiosks and sub-assemblies to the highest standards.
- Inspecting and testing against control parameters.
- Recording details of products manufactured and components used.
About you:
- Experience in or a keen interest in engineering, electronics and computers.
- Competence with a variety of hand and power tools.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
