Job Description
Our client is a well-established business which sits within hospitality, events, and retail. They have a workforce of 85 and now require an experienced operations and efficiency manager to join their organisation on a permanent part time basis which requires 2 days per week on site, these days can be flexible to suit the right candidate.
The role is to assess and understand the business, the brand, how it currently operates within the 6 main departments and identify improvements which will ultimately save time, cost and excel their already great customer service. MI will be shared openly to ensure that the improvements can be measured, improved, and provide the opportunity to bring in change.
The ideal candidate will come from a proven background of delivering improvement and troubleshooting. It would be beneficial if this experience has been gained in either manufacturing, retail, food, or events. The role will report into the Owner of the business and all ideas and creativity will be listened to and acted upon.
