Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to join a busy Finance team, providing accurate and efficient support across day-to-day finance administration. This role is 30 hours per week and as it is Monday to Friday it works well with anyone needing school hours. The FTE is 27,000 and pro rata this is 20,250. Key Responsibilities * Process and input purchase invoices accurately and promptly * Check, code and obtain approval for invoices * Maintain accurate supplier records, including bank details and payment terms * Investigate and resolve purchase ledger queries * Assist with supplier set-up and amendments * Support weekly and monthly finance reports * Assist with payment documentation and credit control when required * Provide general administrative support to the Finance team About You * Previous experience in a finance administration role * Strong numerical and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office * Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines * Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused approach This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance experience within a supportive and growing organisation...
